This notice is written for the current Adanola website: a static brochure website that provides contact details and prepares free-quotation emails in the visitor's own email application.

2. What information is involved?
If you contact Adanola, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, postcode or area, the service you are interested in, details about the proposed work and any photographs or other information you choose to send.
The website itself does not store the quotation-form contents in a website database. The form prepares an email in your own email application, which you can review before sending.
3. Why the information is used

4. Who may receive the information?
Depending on how you contact the business, information may be handled by categories of service provider such as:

The confirmed public email address is a Gmail address, so email sent to that address is handled using Google's Gmail service.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the business should use providers that rely on a UK adequacy mechanism or other approved UK transfer safeguard. Google states that it may process information internationally and uses UK adequacy mechanisms, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and contractual safeguards where required.
For the website host, the website builder must select a provider whose transfer arrangements support this wording before launch.
6. Cookies, analytics and embedded services
The supplied legal-review build does not include analytics, advertising trackers, embedded maps, embedded video, social feeds or review widgets. External Google Fonts calls have also been removed.

7. Marketing
The current website does not include a newsletter, marketing sign-up, remarketing pixel or automated promotional messaging. Information submitted for a quotation should not be reused for unrelated direct marketing unless the business has separately established a lawful and PECR-compliant basis for doing so.

Depending on the processing involved, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or to object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent.
